C. Fitzpatrick, 53, were conducted Sunday afternoon at the chapel of the Chickasha Funeral Home by Dr. W. A. Criswell, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Interment was in Rose Hill (error - was Holcomb) Cemetery. Music for the service was furnished by Mrs. Denver Scurlock, Mrs. Alice Ray, Kenneth Watkins and R. C. Kelly, who sang "Going Down the Valley," "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" and "Does Jesus Care?" Mrs. Wessie Burney Ray played the organ accompaniment. Mr. Fitzpatrick died Thursday morning (21 Nov 1940) in an Oklahoma City hospital from a brain hemorrhage. He became ill a week ago Saturday and was moved to an Oklahoma City hospital Sunday morning. Surviving members of the family include his wife, Mrs. Grace Fitzpatrick; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Griggs, Betty Fay and Norma Ray; and a son, Travis J. Fitzpatrick, all of Chickasha; six sisters, Mrs. Alice Osborne, Maysville, Mrs. Lydia LaPlante, Pierre, S. D., Mrs. Nora Cyrier and Mrs. C. B. Montgomery, Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Roy Hill, Chickasha, and Mrs. Charles Welker, Bakersfield, Calif. Pallbearers for the services were : C. B. Pruner, Frank Reynolds, F. G.
