She was born May 24, 1916 and died February 11, 2005. Interment will be in the Martha Cemetery, Martha, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star 14 February 2005 ALTABELLE "CEARLEY" FORBECK Funeral service for Altabelle "Cearley" Forbeck, 88, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2005 at the Epworth United Methodist Church. Altabelle "Cearley" Forbeck was born May 24, 1916 in Sunset, Texas the daughter of Lester and Lois (Rone) Russell and died February 11, 2005 in Chickasha. As a young woman, she married C. G. Cearley, a Methodist pastor. She was a pastor's wife for several years. They pastored in Alex, Thomas, and Dill City. Following his death from a car accident, she later married Orville Tucker. She taught school while he farmed. This marriage lasted for 15 years. After his death, she married John Forbeck. They spent 36 years together until his death in 2003. Mrs. Forbeck graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She was an elementary school teacher of 29 years in Cordell. She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother and Methodist Christian. She was a lifetime member of the Methodist Association. Survivors include one daughter, Naomi Ann Dean of Chickasha; two grandsons, Bryan Karns and wife Tamara of Chickasha; Kyle Karns and wife Theresa of Chickasha; five great grandchildren, Christopher, Joseph, Emily, Kayli and Jace Karns; two brothers, Aristle Russell and wife Welda of Oklahoma City and Basil Russell of Shawnee, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Martha Cemetery, Martha, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
