Gamble, 62, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2005, at Via Christi Hospital in Wichita, Kan. Services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2005, at the Swisher-Taylor & Morris Chapel in Winfield, KS. Burial was held in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Born March 24, 1943, to F.F. Kimbro and Flora (McDaniel) Kimbro, in Cox City. On Sept. 23, 1960, she married Albert "Al" Gamble. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Fitzhugh and Frederick Kimbro, Frank Wilbur and Farrell Gene; and two sisters, Florence Yandell and Patsy Forsythe. In addition to her husband, Albert, she is survived by two sons, Tommy Gamble of Winfield, Kan., and Joseph Gamble of Las Vegas, Nev.; a daugher, Dee Ann Gamble; and a granddaughter, Shadow Gamble.
