GONZALEZ Funeral service for John D. Gonzalez, 65, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 17, 2005 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. JOHN D. GONZALEZ was born June 23, 1940 in Carnegie, Oklahoma and died September 14, 2005 in Chickasha. John graduated from Carnegie High School. He lived in Chickasha since 1977. He and Peggy LaFever were married December 31, 1958. She preceded him in death. He later married Judy Avery November 17, 1983. John was a bulldozer operator for 45 years. He took pride in operating heavy equipment and was known and highly sought after for his skills with the bulldozer He was also preceded in death by: Father, Natividad Gonzales; Mother, Rosalie Guajardo; two brothers: Philip Gonzalez and Joe Gonzalez; one sister: Pearl Bointy, one niece: LaNita Gonzalez. Survivors include: Wife: Judy Gonzalez of the home; four sons: Randy Gonzalez and wife Debbie of Gotebo; Timothy Gonzalez and wife Brenda of Foyil; James Avery and wife Toni of Bradley; Jessie Avery of Chickasha; three daughters: Charollette Boyd of Vian; Becky Starnes and husband Andy of Moore; Karra Gonzalez of Blanchard; brothers and sisters: David and Ruth Gonzalez of San Leandro, California; Emma and James Dunlap of Lexington; Jr. and Gloria Gonzalez of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Dora Passmore of Moore; Manual and Lynn Gonzalex of Oklahoma City; Alberta and Bill Roach of Amarillo, Texas; Freddie Gonzalez of Yukon; Ray and Betty Gonzalez of Walterboro, South Carolina; Ginia Crane of Phoenix, Arizona. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bella nd Cleo Byrd of Oklahoma City; Edna Jones of Oklahoma City; Betty Hall of Chickasha; David and Vicki Rexroat of Ft. Cobb; 21 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
