The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ==================================================================== The Chickasha Express-Star 15 July 2002 WILLIAM (JACK) GEORGE Funeral services for William (Jack) George, 54, of Ninnekah, were held Monday, July 15, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel. Jack George was born September 14, 1947, in Russellville, AL, and died July 11, 2002, in Ninnekah, while tending his beloved horses. Jack was retired but kept busy as a racehorse trainer, training Appaloosas and Quarterhorses. Jack was a beloved husband to his wife, Judy. He was a loving father to his five children, Michelle and Jessie Vanderburg, Paula and David Taylor, Scott and Tammy George, all of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Ryan and Levi Langley, both of Ninnekah, OK. He was also a loving and caring grandfather to his five grandchildren, Morgan Taylor, Ryan Nordan, Leah Taylor, Bailey George and Katie Beth Taylor, all of Tuscaloosa, AL. Jack was the son of Bobby George, of Stockton, CA, and Doris George, of Pleasanton, CA. He was the brother of Debbie Davis of Pleasanton, CA, and uncle to her four children. Jack was an avid horseman all of his life, and loved every day of his life with all of his horses. He will be missed by his many friends with whom he shared his love of horses. Private burial was held in Ninnekah Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
