Burial was in the Ireton Cemetery at Alex under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard, Ok. Green was born 18-Apr-1919 in Lavaca, Arkansas.He married 18-Nov-1940 in Anadarko, Lorene Kitchin. He was raised in Chickasha and Lindsay and enlisted in the United States Army in 1936 for three years. After his marriage they moved to Los Angeles where he was employed in the shipyards and was a plumber for the Atlantic Richfield Oil Co., later moving to west Texas and workng for City Services before moving to Lindsay in 1949. He was an electrician at Tinker Air Force Base until his retirement in 1963. Survivors include his wife, one son, two daughters, four sisters, and seven grandchildren.
