All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== The Chickasha Star 9 January 1969 HOSTICK SERVICES HELD Mrs. Maud Lee Hostick, 93, passed away Thursday in Ft. Worth, Texas. Funeral was held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the United Methodist Church in Verden. Mrs. Hostick helped to establish many of the Methodist Churches in Oklahoma. Mr. Sherman Hostick preceded her in death on Feb. 7, 1954. She is survived by one son, Albert B. Hostick of Boerne, Texas; one daughter, Claudia M. Koob, Ft. Worth, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Edna Wilson, Chickasha, and four great grandsons. Music was furnished by Elaine Watson, Juanita Miller, Virginia Hendricks, Gladys Dodson, accompanied by Iva Lee Broan at the piano. Pallbearers were Debs Patterson, Don Brown, Kenneth West, Alfred Schmidt, Roy Beauver and Clarence Warbiton. Rev. A. B. Hickman officiated.
