(BILL) HALL William E. (Bill) Hall of Blanchard, Oklahoma, passed away suddenly at his home on April 28, 2004. He was born on August 4, 1933, in Amber, Oklahoma. He attended Friend School first through tenth grade and graduated from Middleberg in 1952. Bill served in the U.S. Army in Europe from 1953-1955. Bill and Florene spent most of their married life in Texas, and after his retirement from working at Borden's for over 30 years, they moved back to Blanchard. Bill attended Crossroads to Life Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Bill and Erma Hall, four brothers, Ernie, Bob, Don, and Alvin Hall. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Florene Hall; one daughter and two sons, Gayla Adkins and husband Randy of Garland, Texas, Gene Hall and wife Tammy of Santa Anna, Texas, and Gary Hall and wife Dana of Haslet, Texas; sisters Sylvia Chaney and husband Felix of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Betty Hensley and husband Jerald of Bridge Creek, Oklahoma, brother Butch Hall and wife Fay of Chickasha, Oklahoma; sister-in-law Jo Ann Hall of Corsicana, Texas; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends and his coffee drinking buddies from the doughnut shop, who will miss him very much. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 1, 2004, at the Crossroads to Life Baptist Church in Blanchard. Rev. Chris Carter and Rev. Joe Howard will officiate with interment held in the Blanchard Cemetery.
