All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== The Chickasha Express-Star 27 January 2005 FLEETA MAURICE HALL Funeral service for Fleeta Maurice Bayless Glass Hall, 74, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2005 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Fleeta Maurice Hall was born to John and Vera Bayless on February 5, 1930 at the Bayless family farm northeast of Alex, Oklahoma. She went home to Jesus on January 25, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Maurice was the bookkeeper at the Appliances Service Center (Maytag Store) from 1963 - 1987. Maurice loved music. She loved playing the piano at concerts, revivals and church. Her life was filled with a love for gospel music as is exhibited by her being the church pianist for the Grace Baptist Church for over 40 years. Maurice loved her Lord, life, her family, people, music, singing and traveling. One of her greatest accomplishments was traveling to the Holy Land where she walked where Jesus walked and was re-baptized in the River Jordan. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Thelma Lewis; son-in- law, Bill Ewy, and husbands, Lester Glass and Walter Hall. Survivors include her children, Delbert Busby and wife Joyce, Fleeta (Ewy) Richardson and husband Sonny, Andrea Pettijohn and husband Cliff, Teresa Williams and husband Gary; nine grandchildren, Glay Busby, Debbie Michels, Aaron Busby, Kenzel Ewy, Brandon Ewy, Jennifer Jantzen, Troy Williams, Michael Pettijohn and Kent Pettijohn; 10 great grandchildren, Whitney, Christopher and Brook Busby; Kayla and Trevor Michels; Berlynn, Keiser and Tempest Ewy; Ramsey Jantzen and soon to appear Michah Williams; special friend, Gene Cox; two brothers and their wives, Ross and Imogene Bayless and William "Bud" and Betty Bayless; four sisters, Corene Morris, Naomi Meek, Eullalah Blanchard, Lavern Rodgers and her husband Durel "Tots"; sisters-in-law, Pauline Calton and Aline Hyder; and brother-in-law, Van Hall.
