All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Rush Springs Cemetery--Rush Springs OK Lawton Constitution 12 May 2004 Bonnie Harrison CHICKASHA -- Graveside service for Bonnie Harrison, 81, Chickasha, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rush Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Tims, pastor, Chickasha First Baptist Church, officiating. Mrs. Harrison died Monday, May 10, 2004, in Chickasha. Burial will be in Rush Springs Cemetery under direction of Robbins Funeral Home of Fletcher. She was born July 14, 1922, near Rush Springs to Jess H. and Edna Hicks Brown. She grew up in Grady County and graduated from Fairview High School in 1940. She married Finis Harrison July 12, 1941, in Chickasha. He died in February 2002. She worked at several places in Chickasha before retiring from Washita Valley Community Action in 1993. Survivors include her children: Dr. Keith and Darleen Harrison, and Sherry and Gerald Grimes, all of Chickasha; grandchldren: Brent and Amanda Grimes, Ninnekah; Angie Grimes and Jason Harrison, both of Chickasha; and Jennifer Harrison, Oklahoma City; a sister, Betty Brown McAdams, Chickasha; two sisters-in-law: Lucille Brown, Chickasha; and Gerteen Harrison, Marlow; many nieces, nephews and friends; and special friends, Florence and Carl Dunn, Chickasha. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister and brother-in-law, Edith and Buster Butler; a brother, Malcolm E. Brown; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Orville and Agnes Harrison, ZD and Erleen Harrison, the Rev. Elmer and Naomi Harper, Joe and Faye Harrison, the Rev. Willard and Maggie Harper, Ollie Harrison, Odie Mae Pendley, and two nephews: Jim McAdams and Melton Brown.
