Just a little rose bud plucked from her home on earth, the family can only live to meet her in a more beautiful home above, where parting will never again be. Sleep on in thy beauty Thou sweet angel child, By sorrow unblighted By sin undefiled. Like the bird of the ark Thou hast flown to thy rest >From this wild sea of strife, But laden with golden wheat. Rev. Maddox conducted the funeral services at the home, and interment was made in the Verden cemetery May 30, 1930. Those who survive her are her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Sam Johnson, two sister, Helen and Ellen.
