JOHNSON Funeral services for Ronald H. Johnson, 73, of Tuttle were held 11 a.m., Saturday, December 6, 2003 at the First Assembly of God Church in Tuttle. Ronald H. Johnson was born August 19, 1930 in Bridge Creek, the son of Earl and Viola (Cable) Johnson and died Wednesday, December 3, 2003 in Oklahoma City. Ronald lived in the Bridge Creek and Tuttle area all of his life. In 1949 he graduated from Bridge Creek High School. Ronald owned and operated the Johnson Oil Company and he also worked as a truck driver. Ronald married Alma Lee Gibson on May 6, 1998 in Norman. He was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Blanchard, a Volunteer American Red Cross, a 32nd Degree Mason, past master at Tuttle Masonic Lodge no. 405 and Blanchard Masonic Lodge no. 395. Ronald served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents: Earl and Viola Johnson; one sister: Betty Clanton; and one brother-in-law: Curtis Clayton. Survivors include his wife: Alma Lee Johnson of the home in Tuttle; three daughters: Pam and husband, Dr. Sam Wheeler, of Oklahoma City; Ronda and husband, Royce Harlan of Oklahoma City; and Dana and husband, Steve Clement, of Tuttle; two sons: Tad Johnson and wife, Julie, of Yukon and Steven Ronald Johnson of Broken Arrow; three step children: Linda and husband, Claude Alverson, of Tuttle; Bill and wife, Denise Robinett, of Tuttle; Danny and wife Debbie Robinett, of Tuttle; one sister and brother- in-law: Alpha and Leon Koonce of Norman; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
