Kellie J. Keil was born on November 22, 1963, the daughter of Glen Keil and Carol Phegley Keil. She died Sunday, June 17, 2001, in Chickasha. Kellie attended her elementary and junior high years in the Chickasha and Ninnekah school systems. She graduated from Verden High School in 1982. She later attended Platt College in Oklahoma City. Kellie enjoyed needlework, music, oil paintings and sports. The thing she enjoyed most was nature. She is preceded in death by her father, Glen Keil; grandparents, Paul and Helen Phegley; nephew, Jeff Jacobs; and Carl Gretschmann. Survivors include her mother, Carol Keil of the home; one son, Brian Keil, also of the home; sister, Vickie Keil, of Verden; sister and brother-in-law, Connie and George McIntosh, of Nebraska; sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Tim Jacobs, of Verden; and one brother, Jake Jacobs, of Pryor, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
