Born in Baraboo, Wisconsin, son of the late Lester and Genevieve Kent, Clay has lived in Sebastian since November 2000. Memorial services will be held in the fall in Oklahoma. Arrangements by Fountain head Memorial Funeral Home in Palm Bay, Florida. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star Wednesday, 3 August 2005 CLAYTON LESTER “CLAY” KENT Clayton Lester “Clay” Kent, 81, of Sebastian, Florida, was called to his eternal reward on Thursday, July 28, 2005 at Indian River Memorial Hospital. Born in Baraboo, Wisconsin, son of the late Lester and Genevieve Kent. Clay has lived in Sebastian since November 2000. He lived a full life, having served 28 years in the U.S.A.F., retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant in 1968, after serving in WW II and Korea. Clay and family settled in Chickasha, Oklahoma in the spring of 1974. He was a member of the Elks and VFW and a lifetime member of the Eagles. Survivors include his wife Beverly Ann Kent, two children Robert Kent of Wahiawa, Hawaii and Mark (Becky) Kent of Chickasha, daughter-in-law, Nenita Kent of Sangaree, S.C., sisters Lorraine Olson of Mauston, WI, and Mary Doro of Boone, Colorado, sister-in-law Marlene Kent of Baraboo, WI, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. He was predeceased by son Glen, and brother Bill. Memorial services will be held in the fall in Oklahoma.
