Sill National Cemetery--Elgin OK The Chickasha Express-Star Wednesday, 23 November 2005 JACK STANLEY LUCAS Funeral service for Jack Stanley Lucas, 82, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 25, 2005 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Jack Stanley Lucas was born August 12, 1923 in Fayetteville, Arkansas and died November 22, 2005 in Chickasha. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. in the Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star Friday, November 25, 2005 JACK STANLEY LUCAS Funeral service for Jack Stanley Lucas, 82, of Chickasha, Oklahoma were held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 25, 2005 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Graveside service were held at 2:00 p.m. at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma. Jack Stanley Lucas was born August 12, 1923 in Fayetteville, Arkansas the son of Henry and Ida Lucas and died November 22, 2005 in Chickasha. Jack served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a funeral director for over 50 years. After working for Sevier Funeral Home until 1991, he was self employed until 2001 and worked in Anadarko, Carnegie, and Hobart, Oklahoma. Jack enjoyed life and touched many friends with his contagious and uplifting spirit. He will be greatly missed, but we are sure he is in a far better place with his heavenly Father. Jack was preceded in death by: parents and one daughter: Melinda Lucas. Survivors include: wife: Paula Lucas of the home; one son and granddaughter: Mark Lucas and Megan Lucas of Durant, Oklahoma; two brothers: Jerry Lucas and wife Ruth of Keller, Texas; Jim Lucas of Norman, Oklahoma; three stepsons and daughters-in-law: Paul and Dianne Pearson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Ronald and Debra Pearson of Mesquite, Texas; Michael and Joan Pearson of Cypress, Texas; 10 step-grandchildren: Taylor, Eric and Brandon Pearson; Shanna Carpenter, Dana Decareau and Courtney Pearson; and Michael, Matthew, Corey and Pryce Pearson; four step-great grandchildren: Andrew, Andrea, Brayden and Michael; numerous nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the Ft.
