Thursday, Dec. 19, 1940. (page 9) OBITUARY. Annie Ethyl Lindsay was born on the 15th of September 1895 in Texas to Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Stubblefield. With her parents she moved to Woodville, Oklahoma in 1900. Mrs. Lindsay's mother preceeded her in death in 1922. She was married in 1930 to Roy Lindsay who also preceeded her in death Dec. 24, 1939. After the death of her husband she made her home with her only daughter, Mae Haney of Minco. Mrs. Lindsay had been ill for sometime. She was taken to Oklahoma City hospital Friday morning December 13th and passed away in the hospital that evening. She leaves to morn her passing her daughter, Mae Haney of Minco, her grandson, Levi Roy Jolly of Minco, her father J. W. Stubblefield of Woodville, Okla; two sisters, Mrs. Fay Dobson of Woodville, Mrs. Leaner Prazon, Mansville and one brother John Stubblefield; also a sister-in-law, Mrs. Onie Finyley of Anadarko and many other relatives and friends. Burial was made in the Minco cemetery with the Quayle Funeral Home in charge.
