Lowrey Sr. Funeral services for Everett L. Lowrey Sr., 49, of Chickasha, Okla., will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002, in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel. Everett L. Lowrey Sr. was born June 16, 1953, in Chickasha, and died on Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, in Chickasha. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. =========== Chickasha Express Star - 21 Nov 2002 Everett L. Lowrey Sr. Funeral services for Everett L. Lowrey Sr., 49, of El Reno, Oklahoma, formerly of Chickasha, will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel, with Sister Alice Wendling officiating and Michael Hutto assisting. Everett L. Lowrey Sr. was born June 16, 1953, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the son of Clarence and Ila Corneilus Lowrey. He died Monday, November 18, 2002, in Chickasha. Everett grew up in Chickasha, attending Chickasha schools and graduating in 1972. He married Nita K. Hutto on April 9, 1971, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Everett was currently employed in the oil field with Lanmark Company Fishing and Tool Rental. He had also been previously employed in the construction business and with Perdue Housing. His hobbies were baseball, football and being an avid sports fan for the Dallas Cowboys. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church. Everett was preceded in death by both parents and one brother. Survivors include his wife Nita of the home; two daughters and son- in-law, Shannon and Billy Douglas and Jessica Kuhns, all of Chickasha; one son and daughter-in-law, Everett Jr. and Mellisa Lowrey of Amber, Oklahoma; two brothers and sister-in-law, Jerry Lowrey of Chickasha and Clarence and Linda Lowery of Cement, Oklahoma; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce Richardson and Bertha and Jim Gamber, both of Chickasha, and Lila and R.V. Munn of Williston, Florida; six grandchildren, Sierria, Jimmy and Dalton Lowrey, all of Amber, Shelby, Haylie and Billy Clay Douglas, all of Chickasha; and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. --------------------------------------------------------------------
