Funeral Services will be today For Mrs. Gladys Mayo

Funeral Services will be held at 2p.m. today, Thursday, Feb.21, in the 
chapel of Brown's Funeral home in Chickasha for Mrs. Gladys Jones Mayo, 
66.

Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Mayo was born in Rush Springs and lived here until 1937 when the 
family moved to Chickasha.  She died at 9 p.m. Monday at the home of here 
daughter in Jackson, Mississippi.  Her home was in Oklahoma City where she 
had resided for 35 years but she was visiting in Mississippi at the time 
of her death.

Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Blair, Jackson MS; father, 
Walter C. Jones of Chickasha; one brother, Jimmy Jones of Chickasha; four 
sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Grimes of Tucson, Ariz., Mrs. Opal Robertson of 
Oklahoma City, Mrs. Ruby Bozeman of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Mrs. Eddie 
Davidson of Cleveland Ohio, and two grandchildren.
