McKee, 73, Alex, died at 6 a.m. today in Grady Memorial Hospital. Born May 5, 1894, in Moutague County Texas, he was married to the former Miss Liddie May Pearce, on Aug. 28, 1916, in Lindsay. He came to Grady County in 1936 from the Lindsay area. He was a farmer in the Alex community until his retirement. He was a member of the Alex Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Liddie, of the home; five sons, Clyde McKee of Oklahoma City, Lenard McKee of Moore, Henry McKee of Alex, Orvil McKee of Ft. Sam Houston, Tex., and Wesley McKee of Florida; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Luther and Mrs. Winnie Schoolfield of Alex; one brother, Charlie McKee; and two sisters, Miss Annie McKee and Mrs.Clara Carley. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Alex Methodist Church with Rev. E. E. Simpson officiating.
