Gloria Ann McClaflin was born July 31, 1939, in Denver, Colo., and died on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004, in Chickasha. ========= © The Chickasha Express-Star 15 Feb 2004 Gloria Ann McClaflin Funeral services for Gloria Ann McClaflin, 64, of Chickasha, will be held Monday, February 16, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel, with Johnny Wray officiating. Gloria Ann McClaflin was born July 31, 1939, in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of William James Terry and Blanche Irene (Dennis) Terry. She died at home February 12, 2004, in Chickasha. Gloria grew up in the Evergreen, Colorado, area. She came to Chickasha in 1967. In Chickasha, she met and later married Louis Henry McClaflin, Jr. on May 31, 1974. She had been employed in Chickasha at Delta Faucet and Grady Memorial Hospital. Also, she worked for Circle K for a time, while living in Phoenix, AZ. Gloria attended the Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by both parents, two grandsons, three brothers, three sisters, and her father-in-law, Louis Henry McClaflin, Sr. Survivors include her husband Louis, of the home; two sons: Eddie McClaflin and wife, Laura, of Mesa, AZ, and Tommy McClaflin, of Liberty, NC; three daughters and sons-in-law: Sheila Parks and Stan Jacques, of Chickasha, LeeAnn and Roger Alewine, of Williamston, SC, Wilma and Chris Brooks, of Tappahannock, VA; one brother, Jim (Billy) Terry, of Denver, Colorado; one sister, Lois Jean; her mother-in-law, Beulah Fay McClaflin; four brothers-in-law; five sisters-in-law; fifteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8400 Silver Crossing, Suite 8, OKC, OK 73132.
