Mildred Ann Miller was born March 23, 1923, in Durant, Oklahoma the daughter of Panfilo and Elizabeth (Chaires) Nieto and died Friday, August 18, 2000. Mrs. Miller had lived in the Blanchard area for 15 years. She moved to Blanchard from the Verden area where she had lived most of her life. She and Wallace A. Miller were married in 1944 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death November 2, 1997. Mrs. Miller was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, 2 sisters. Survivors include 1 son and daughter-in-law Bobby and Betty Miller of Blanchard, Oklahoma; 3 sisters Stella Smith of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Carmen Austin of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Joyce Smith of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 2 brothers David Nieto of Michigan, Sam Nieto of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 1 granddaughter Sheila Miller Williams and husband, Ronnie, of Blanchard, Oklahoma; 1 great grandson Dallas Williams of Blanchard, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. Submitted by Sandi Carter
