NELLIE DOYLE MONTGOMERY
Glendale - Nellie Doyle Montgomery, 89, died Oct. 18, 1985, at Glendale Nursing Center. Mrs. 
Montgomery, of Glendale, was born in Indian Territory (Oklahoma) and moved to Arizona in 1935 
from Oklahoma. She was a civilian worker at Thunderbird Field No. 1 during World War II and a 
member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxilliary. Survivors include her son, Jim C. "Monty"; daughters, 
Pauline Lowe, Betty Jo Eaton and Jeanette Prueitt; two sisters; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren;
and five great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 1 p. m. today at Resthaven Park
Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern, Glendale. Messinger Mortuary made arrangements.

Nellie Doyle Montgomery, 89, a former homemaker, died Friday in a Valley nursing home. Graveside
 services for the Glendale woman were today. She was born in Indian Territory (Oklahoma) and moved 
to Arizona in 1935 from Oklahoma. She was a civilian worker at Thunderbird Field No. 1 during World
War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Survivors include her son, Jim 
"Monty"; three daughters, Pauline Lowe, Betty Jo Eaton and Jeanette Prueitt; two sisters; 17 
grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren Nellie Doyle Fitzpatrick 
Montgomery was a daughter of James Albert Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Mary Daniel Maupin Fitzpatrick
