W. Murrah, died Feb. 20, 1912, at their home north of Verden. Funeral services were conducted by the Elder J. L. Jackson, Wednesday, February 21, and her remains laid to rest in the Verden cemetery. Mrs. Murrah was born and raised in Alabama and in 1904 was married to L. W. Murrah. Four children and a husband are left to mourn her loss, and they have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement. Submitted by Sandi Carter
