Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at the Rush Springs Cemetery with Cliff Werhan officiating. Services are under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs. Jean was born Wednesday, April 10, 1912 in Rush Springs to Joe J. and Ethel (Shockley) Jones. She attended school at Rush Springs. She lived in the Rush Springs area all of her life. She married Warren O. Morris on Oct. 4, 1928 in Marlow. He preceded her in death on July 26, 1983. Jean was the last of eight children.She loved to go fishing and work in the garden. She enjoyed watching football. Jean was a member of the Rush Springs Church of Christ. Survivors include, a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; three brother, Paul Jones, Glen Jones, Jack Jones; four sisters, Corine Tunnell, Lois Roberts, Carmen Parker and Luzelle McClure.
