Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 4, 2002 at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ralph McCormick officiating. Interment will follow at the Norman I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Norman, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma. ============= The Chickasha Express-Star 8 April 2002 Patricia Nabors Morren Patricia Helen Morren, 71, of Norman, Oklahoma, died Sunday, March 31, 2002 in Norman, Oklahoma. Mrs. Morren was born July 9, 1930, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Walter Victor and Ethel Mae High Nabors. She graduated from Chickasha High School and attended the Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha. She married Hubert Morren on December 24, 1955, in Chickasha, and moved to Norman. Mrs. Morren worked for the Civil Service in Japan for two years. She also worked at the Fort Sill Hospital in Lawton, the Army Reserve in Oklahoma City and the FAA, before retiring in 1972. She was the Past Bethel Guardian and Grand Secretary Emeritus of International Order of Job's Daughters. Past President of DeMolay Mother's Club, member of the Order of Eastern Star, Amaranth, and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church. Mrs. Morren's hobbies included sewing, knitting, crocheting and playing with her grandchildren. Mrs. Morren was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Bobbie Anderson, and two brothers, John Nabors and Walter Nabors. Survivors include her husband, Hubert, of the home; three daughters; Becky Henson, of Houston, TX., Betty McCormick and husband, Ralph, of Idabel, Oklahoma, and Bobbie Wintz and husband, Randy, of Stroud, Oklahoma; one son, Ben Morren, of Norman; six sisters; Pauline Walker, of OKC, Oklahoma, Nan Reynolds, and husband, Bob, of Seattle, Washington, Dorothy Lee and husband, Jean, of Ada, OK, Elizabeth Madison, of Dallas, Texas, Fay Von Lossow, of Kirkland, Washington, and Jean Madison and husband, Kenneth, of Chickasha; a brother, Bill Nabors and wife, Mildred, of Chickasha; three grandchildren, Melissa and Mason McCormick, and Jefferson Wintz; fifty-seven nieces, great and great-great nieces, great and great-great nieces, and fifty-two nephews, great and great-great nephews. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 4, 2002, at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ralph McCormick officiating. Interment followed at the Norman I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Norman, Oklahoma. Services were under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma.
