All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Rush Springs Cemetery--Rush Springs OK Marlow Review 21 Apr 2005 Lifelong Rush Springs resident, Inez Nix, 81, of Rush Springs, passed away Monday, April 18, 2005, in Duncan. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 22, at Vimey Ridge Baptist Church, with David Hale officiating. Burial will be held in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel of Rush Springs. Born June 15, 1923, to Aubrey and Earnie (Baker) Williamson, in Rocky Point Community, she was involved in the Rush Springs Round Up Club, the Slaton Home Extension Club, and enjoyed oil and china painting. On Feb. 19, 1944, she married Howard Nix, in Chickasha, he preceded her in death on Aug. 19, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Keith Nix; and a great-nephew, Derek Long. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Corky and Jo Williamson of Lindsay; two nieces, Carla Lines of Houston, Texas, and Cheryl Ferguson of Kilgore, Texas; a nephew, Joel Williamson of Purcell and several nieces and nephews.
