B ob Keck officiating. She was born January 26, 1919, in Anson, Texas, to Pete and Lena Marie (Ison) Brown, and died April 20, 2001, in Duncan, OK. She married James Jack Neeld, Jr. October 10, 1934, near Comanche. He preceded her in death March 27, 2001. Octivene Neeld lived in Pooleville since 1963 and was a member of the Fox Baptist Church and the Eastern Star-Chickasha Lodge. She was also a past Worthy Matron of the State of Oklahoma. Preceding her in death: her parents; 1 daughter: Jerry Ann Watson; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include: 3 daughters: Lucille and Don Roscoe, Gladstone, MO, Barbara and Ronnie McIntire, Keamey, MO, Mary and Tommy Hammon, Chickasha, OK; 1 son: Jackie and Angela Neeld, Pooleville, OK; 1 brother: Berry Keith Brown, Seminole, Texas; 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Bearers: Jackie Neeld, Allen Firestone, Bill Thacker, Tracy Hammons, Don Roscoe, Ronnie McIntire, Tom Hammons, James C. Neeld, Kyle Hull and Brian Firestone. Interment was held in the Comanche Cemetery under the direction of Spivey's Reser Funeral Home, Healdton, OK.
