All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== The Chickasha Express-Star 25 August 2003 DONNA JO PEARSON Funeral services for Donna Jo Pearson, 56, of Chickasha, will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Hatfield officiating. Donna Jo Pearson was born January 23, 1947, in Chickasha, the daughter of Tommie A. Bertlett and Lorene A. Brinkley Bartlett. She died Saturday, August 23, 2003, in Chickasha. Donna grew up in Chickasha and attended Chickasha and Friend Public Schools. She married Bob Beverly in Wichita Falls, Texas, on December 28, 1962, and to this union her two children were born. Donna lived in the Chickasha area for some time before moving to Moore, Oklahoma. She later married Ned Wayne Pearson in Purcell, Oklahoma, on August 18, 1978, and she and Ned moved to the Stella, Oklahoma, community. Donna had been employed with Frontier Drilling before starting a trucking business with her husband, Ned. She and Ned had lived in Texas and Louisiana before returning to Oklahoma in 1998. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ned, on April 18, 2002, and her father, Tommie A. Bartlett, on March 12, 1997. Survivors include her mother, Lorene Bartlett, of Chickasha; two sons and daughters-in-law: Robert Scott and Gina Beverly, of Bethany, Oklahoma, Rodney Steven and Stephanie Beverly, of Sun Valley, California, one sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Rob Holten, of Chickasha; one brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Sandy Bartlett, of Tulsa; a granddaughter, Kendall Ann Pearson of Oklahoma City, one niece; four nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Grady County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/grady/grady.html
