Protzman, aged seven months, departed from this life Monday morning, March 4, 1912, at 3 o'clock a. m. of paralysis, after an illness of four weeks. She had the very best of attention and nursing, an was attended regularly by our best physicians, yet all efforts to save her life was in vain. Little Frances was the sunshine of the home and was dearly beloved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed by them all. The funeral services were held at the home and conducted by Rev. J. B. Henry Tuesday morning, March 5th, at 11 o'clock and the little body laid to rest in the Verden cemetery amid a host of sorrowing friends. Another little lamb is gone To dwell with him who gave; Another little darling babe Is sheltered in the grave. God needed one more angel child Admidst His shining band; And so he bent with loving smile, And clasped our darling's hand. Submitted by Sandi Carter
