A. J. REECE SERVICES TO BE HELD SUNDAY Mrs. A. J. Reece, longtime resident of Verden, passed away at 2:15 p.m., Thursday at her home following several months illness. Services will be held at the First Baptist church, Sunday, August 3, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Kenneth Elkins, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Verden cemetery with the Hansen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Barbara Jane Reece was born in Newton County, Arkansas, January 27, 1882, and passed away August 5 at the age of 72 years, six months and 8 days. Survivors include her husband, A. J. Reece, Sr., five children: Mrs. F. Haldrum, Verden; Arthur Reece, Jr., Dallas, Texas; F.
