James W. Richey, Dead


James W. Richey, age 71 years, died Tuesday, April 2, 1908, at the home of 
his son, W. E. Richey in the west part of town, where he has been making his 
home for some time.

Deceased is a native of Kentucky and came to this country a few years ago.  
He has been failing in health for quite a while, and on last Tuesday he 
answered the call.  His son, W. E., who is away, could not be found in time 
to attend his services.

Funeral services were held at the home Thursday afternoon conducted by Rev. 
Crampton and interment made in the Verden cemetery.
