Friday, August 23, 2002, at the Blanchard Church of Christ. Stephen Coley will officiate. Interment will be in the Blanchard Cemetery. Services are under direction of the Binyon Funeral Home of Blanchard. Glenda Faye was born the daughter of Ima Dean Clark Fenimore and Tony Barry Fenimore on July 6, 1939, at Naples. She died Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at Norman, Oklahoma. She was a lifetime resident of the Middleberg community. While in high school, Glenda was named to Oklahoma All Stars Basketball Team of 1956-1957. She graduated as Salutatorian in the last graduating class of Middleberg High School in 1957. Glenda married Orville Eldio Roddy on December 29, 1996, at Lake Tenkiller, Oklahoma. Glenda worked in the Blanchard area for most of her life which included several years at the Richey Insurance and Tag Agency. She later worked for the University of Oklahoma as an administrative secretary for the Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum department. Glenda retired in July of 2000. Glenda was a long time member of the Blanchard Church of Christ. She taught Sunday School there for many years when she had taught all ages from the nursery to adult women. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers W. M. and Jack. Survivors include here husband Eldio of the home; son and his wife Dusty and Kelly Ricks of Blanchard; daughter and her husband Dodie and DaWayne Schneberger of Blanchard; stepsons and their wives Craig and Gretchen Roddy of Duncan and Kenneth Coy and Denise Roddy of Bixby; brothers, Barty Fenimore of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Floyd Fenimore of Mustang, Oklahoma, Melvin Fenimore of Blanchard, Elbert Fenimore of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; sister Cledia Rakestraw of Mustang; three grandsons Colby Ricks, Casey and Levi Schneberger all of Blanchard; four step grandchildren Kevin and Conner Roddy of Duncan, and Kate and Grant Roddy of Bixby.
