Rhodes, age 91, formerly of Chickasha will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2005, at the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mabel was born on March 20, 1914. She died on August 14, 2005. Services are under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star Wednesday, 17 August 2005 MABEL RHODES Graveside funeral for Mabel Rhodes, age 91, of Ft. Worth, Texas, formerly of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2005, in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mabel Rhodes, a retired manager of Rohr Industries Credit Union, died Sunday, August 14, 2005, at Local Fort Worth Hospital in Forth Worth, Texas. She was born on March 20, 1914. She was preceded in death by her two late husbands, husband of 35 years, William H. Franks and second husband of 11 years, Joseph D. Rhodes. Survivors include niece, Frances Alles and husband, Robert of Fort Worth, Texas; great nephew, Kenneth Alles and wife, Belinda of Fort Worth, Texas; great nephew, Gerald Alles and wife, Sherrill of Colorado Springs, Colorado; great nephew, James Alles and wife, Deborah of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, stepson, William H. Franks and wife, Lily of Los Angeles, California; stepson, Joseph C. Rhodes and wife, Jeannie of Antioch, California; numerous other nieces and nephews. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
