Betty Christine Remy was born Oct. 3, 1929, and died on Thursday, May 15, 2003. Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star 18 May 2003 BETTY CHRISTINE REMY Graveside service for Betty Christine Remy, 73, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 19, 2003, at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Betty Christine Remy was born October 3, 1929, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, the daughter of Curt W. and Mildred "Mary" (Speed) Bilyeu, and died May 15, 2003, at her home in Chickasha. Betty and Bart Remy were married June 16, 1968, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She had worked at Chickasha Mobil Home and The Mattress Factory. She also worked part time as a bartender. Betty was a loving mother to her children and grandchildren and was a loving and caring friend to everyone that knew her. She was preceded in death by: parents; infant daughter; 3 sisters and 1 brother; 1 grandson. Survivors include: husband: Bart Remy of the home; 1 daughter: Glinda McDonald of Chickasha; 6 sons: Richard Dude Haile of Chickasha, Danny Buck Haile of Chickasha, Donnie Curt Haile of Amber, Oklahoma, Mark Allen Haile of Oklahoma City, Mike Leo Haile of Chickasha, Tommy Joe Haile of Chickasha; 1 sister: June Holt of Oklahoma City; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
