Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 S. Bell St., with Larry Stone officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. Mrs. Reames was born Feb. 14, 1920, in Bradley, Okla., to Flora Almeda and James Henry Hunter. She was married to James Irvin Reames for 58 years. She was an exceptional Christian who shared her love with all. She was an ambassador of Christianity Love and Dedication. She was always willing to share her food and God's love with the homeless. She was a past member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Smith and husband, Dale, of San Jose and Judy Reasoner and husband, Floyd, of Amarillo; a sister, Marjorie Wright of Roswell, N.M.; two granddaughters, Sabrina Rahn of Amarillo and Tiffany Epperly of San Jose; three grandsons, Vic and Greg Smith of San Jose and Jeff Reasoner of Amarillo; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great- great-grandchild. The family suggests memorials be to Florene's favorite Christian television station, KTLN, 400 Tamal Plaza, Suite 428, Corte Madera, CA 94925. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
