Rev. Cody Devers of Velma First Baptist Church will Officiate. Louis was born Sept. 21, 1927, in Rush Springs, Okla., and died on Tuesday, July 1, 2003, in Oklahoma City, Okla. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alex Southern Baptist Chapel.
