Lucile Scott was born August 20, 1916, in Arkansas. She died August 23, 2005 in Chickasha. ========= Chickasha Express Star 25 Aug 2005 Lucile Virginia Scott Graveside services for Lucile Scott, 88, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 26, 2005, in the Fairlawn Cemetery with Wayne Ashlock officiating. Lucile Scott was born August 20, 1916, in Arkansas, the daughter of Frank Crutcher and Bertha McKoin Crutcher. She died Tuesday, August 23, 2005 in Chickasha. In 1933, Lucile married Conrad Turner, in Valient, Oklahoma. They came to Chickasha in 1934, and it has been “home” to her since. Lucile later married Otto Scott, in Wichita Falls, Texas. They owned a trucking business, which she helped operate. She was a devoted homemaker, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She loved taking walks, spending time with her family and enjoying life. Lucile was preceded in death by both of her husbands; both parents; three sisters: Corene Moore, Vera Arant, and Clara Mae Spencer; two brothers: Lee and Johnny Crutcher; and one grandson, Mark Rogers. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Billie and Melvin Thomas, of Chickasha, and Cindy and Randy Sellers, of Lawton; sister and brother-in-law: Vivian and Gene Howard, of Chickasha; six grandchildren: Herman Claude Rogers, Quinten Rogers, Deanna Kepler, Kathy Rogers, Crystal Morris, and Mindy Lasseter; and ten great grandchildren.
