STEELMAN Funeral service for Grady E. Steelman, 81, of Tuttle, Oklahoma will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2002, at the Tuttle First Baptist Church. Grady E. Steelman was born November 18, 1921, in Alex, Oklahoma the son of Frank and Belle (Williams) Steelman and died December 6, 2002, in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Mr. Steelman was reared in the Alex and Hawkins areas. He moved in Tuttle 48 years ago. He was a retired carpenter. He and Estelle Brashear were married January 20, 1945, in Chickasha. She preceded him in death April 22, 1991. He married Dorothy Chancellor August 22, 1992, in Moore, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death March 5, 2002. Mr. Steelman was a member of the Carpenter's Union and the First Baptist Church of Tuttle. He was also preceded in death by: Parents: Frank and Belle Steelman, son-in-law: Farrell Shatwell, 2 brothers: Clarence and Elmer Steelman, 4 sisters: Eva Smithen, Dovie Murier, Jewell Perrin, and Oma Richey. Survivors include: 4 daughters: Neva Janelle Richter and husband, George, of Seattle, Washington, Bobbie Jane Shatwell of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Brenda Kay Miller and husband, Charles, of Yukon, Oklahoma, Beckie Julia Turner and husband, David, of Amber, Oklahoma; 2 sons: Reford P. Steelman and wife, Barbara, of Newcastle, Oklahoma, Grady Dewayne Steelman of Irving, Texas; 1 stepdaughter: Linda Tucker of Moore, Oklahoma; 2 sisters-in-law Madow Steelman of Chickasha, Bernice Steelman of Chickasha; 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle. --------------------------------------------------------------------
