Mrs. Stombaugh was a native of Minco, Okla. She lived in Yuba City 13 years and in Modesto previously. She was retired from National Car Company. She was a registered member of the Choctaw Indian Tribe. She is survived by her husband, William Ray Stombaugh; and children, Douglas Ray Stombaugh of Modesto and Rhonda Lee Walker of Yachats, Ore. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Glenwood Mobile Home Park, 2307 Oakdale Road, Modesto. Holycross Memorial, Yuba City, in charge of arrangements.
