Slay, John Kennedy

John Kennedy Slay, 67, of Palo Pinto, TX died Tuesday, February 11, 2003
in Ft. Worth. Services will be 10 AM Friday, Feb. 14 at the Our Lady of
Lourdes Catholic in Mineral Wells, TX. He had lived in Tuttle, OK and was
hospital administrator of the HCA Hospital in Oklahoma City from 1980-
1991. Survivors include his wife, Betty Slay; sons and daughters-in-law,
John Kennedy, Jr. and Shyla Ann Slay of Oklahoma City, OK. Robert Keith
and Dana Slay of Mineral Wells and James Roger Slay of Denton; daughter,
Lottie Michele Slay of Dallas; 4 grandchildren; several nieces and
nephews.
