She died Sunday, December 25, 2005, in Norman. ========= Chickasha Express-Star Tuesday, 27 December 2005 Shemania Lee Sample Funeral services for Shemaina Lee Sample, 35, of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 29, 2005 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel. Shemaina Lee Sample was born August 14, 1970, in Chickasha. She died Sunday December 25, 2005, in Norman. Interment will be in the Ninnekah Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. ========= The Chickasha Express-Star Wednesday, 28 December 2005 Shemaina Lee Sample Funeral services for Shemaina Lee Sample, 35, of Pauls Valley will be held Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Brother David Spanglr of the Fair Baptist Church in Duncan, Oklahoma, officiating. Shemaina Lee Sample was born August 14, 1970, in Chickasha, the daughter of Gwen [Britton] Sample and Ray Avon Sample. She died on Sunday, December 25, 2005, in Norman, Oklahoma after a long illness. Shemaina attended Robert E. Greiner's School for the Handicapped, Douglas Head start, and Rogers Elementary in Lawton, Oklahoma, before transferring in 1978 to Southern Oklahoma Resource Center in Pauls Valley. Shemaina was a resident of the Milti-Unit South Cottage for 27 years where she successfully completed vocational training at Hilltop School in 1992. Her favorite activities include music and water exercises. Shemaina was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Patricia Ann Sample; maternal grandparents: Art and Jodie Britton; first cousins: Andrew Britton Pace and Randy Aaron Gabriel. Shemaina is survived by her parents: Gwen and Steve Berger, of Marlow and Ray and Patti Sample, of Cement; sisters: Sheila and Mitchel LeBlanc, of Spring, Texas, Sheray and DeArmon George, of Duncan, Wanda and Cherby Henry, and Kerri Forrester, of Chickasha; brother, Richard Sherman, of Denton, Texas; paternal grandfather, Cecil Sample, of Cement; paternal grandmother, Miriam Worden, of McPherson, Kansas; aunts: Shirley and Aaron Gabriel, Sandy and Alan Pace, and Mia and Terry Smith; uncles: Larry and Beth Worden, Mike Worden, Dennis and Zan Worden, and Tony and Vicky Chaney; niece, Alyssa George; nephews: Jake Young and Ethan George; and 26 first cousins. Interment will be in the Ninnekah Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Fair Baptist Church, 3535 S.
