All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Laflin Creek Cemetery--Alex OK © The Chickasha Express-Star Monday, June 21, 2010 Audrey Wanita [Orrell] Moore Suitor Service for Audrey Wanita Suitor, age 89 of Alex, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 21, 2010 in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sue Lykins will officiate. Audrey Wanita was born the daughter of J. E. Orrell and Julia Ireton Orrell on June 22, 1920 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She died on June 18, 2010 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She was married to C. R. Moore who preceded her in death in 1989 and later married Wayne Suitor who preceded her in death in 1999. Wanita lived in the Grady County area most of her life. She attended Alex School and Chickasha School where she graduated. She then attended and graduated from Central State University with a teaching degree. Wanita lived in various towns in Oklahoma before moving to Alex in the late 1960's. Wanita taught at the Alex School and retired after 25 years. Wanita was a member of the Alex United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Alex United Methodist Women. She was preceded in death by her parents, J. E. And Julia Orrell; husbands, C. R. Moore and Wayne Suitor; brother, James Orrell; sister, Wanda Orrell; daughter, Karen Williams; one infant son; granddaughter, Laurie Lynn Applegate; grandson, Gary Moore; step- grandson, Derrick Vice; great granddaughter, Andrea Applegate. Survivors include: son & wife: Jerald & Marilyn Moore of Alex, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Interment will be in the Ireton-Laflin Creek Cemetery.
