Soloist JoAnn Dekinder and accompanist Nancy Hughes provided music. Ushers were Burrel Gambel and Jim Winchester. Active casket bearers were Jim Winchester, Bobby Baker, Bill Dill, Oliver Ray, Billy Warden and Nick Atkins. Honorary casket bearers were Ben and JoAnn Dekinder, James and Mary Gassaway, Griff and Betty Hughes, Bill and Carmille Harrison, Jim and Kathy McMahan, Korky and Sylvia Parsons and Gene Tucker. Interment was held prior to the memorial service at 3:30 p.m. in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
