Taylor George C., 85, of Tuttle, OK, passed away pearefully on June 28, 2002. He was born on Oct. 20, 1916, in Atoka, OK. George enjoyed woodworking, gardening and fishing. He had worked in the Potash mines in Carlsbad, NM, had owned a laundry mat in Roswel, NM and had worked at L & S Bearing in Oklahoma City where he retired. He is survived by his wife, Mary whom he married November 5, 1980 in Wichita Falls, TX; 1 daughter and her husband, Jackie and Bill Wanzer of Harrah; 2 stepsons, Don Stubbelfield and his wife Barbara of Tuttle; Dan Stubbelfield of Lane, OK; 2 step-daughters, Pat Davis and her husband Tim of Paris, TX; Carolyn Marini and her husband Mike of Mart, TX, 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 9 step grandchildren, 16 step great-grandchildren, 1 step great-great grandchild; 1 Brother of Woldworth, TX; 1 sister of Slaton, TX, 1 sister of San Angelo, and numerous other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his first wife, daughter, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 grandson. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel.
