TAYLOR HELD THURSDAY Funeral services for Mrs. C. W. (Juliann) Taylor were held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Hampton, pastor, officiating. Music was provided by Mrs. Harry Dodson, Mrs. Paul Hampton, Mrs. Aubrey Finley and Mrs. Dale Henricks, with Mrs. Donald Brown at the piano. Casket bearers were Jim VanDenam, Charles L. Taylor, Charles C. Taylor, Grover C. Taylor, John T. Taylor and Larry Taylor. Interment was in the Verden Cemetery under the direction of the Hansen Funeral Home. Mrs. Taylor was born January 5, 1879 in Carthage, Mo., and died Tuesday, March 5, 1968 in Shanoan Springs Rest Home, Chickasha. She was married March 1, 1895 in Missouri to the late Rev. C. W. Taylor. They moved to Verden in 1906 where they lived until his death in 1957. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Emory and Roy L. Taylor; both of Anadarko, eight grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, one great great grancchild and two brothers, O. E. Sturgell of Anadarko and A. H.
