She was born on July 19, 1938 in Bradley, Oklahoma to Buford Chester and Katie Mae Hearon. She married Clyde Thomason in Reno, Nevada on September 14, 1985. Dean was raised in Lindsay, always loved to travel, but always came “home” to Lindsay. She enjoyed spending time with her all of her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Ricky Dean Cook, and several siblings; Bill Hearon, Josie DaVoult, J.B. Hearon “Jesse”, Charlie Hearon, and Buford Chester Hearon, Jr. Dean is survived by her husband, Clyde, one daughter, Debra Ann Bernstein and husband, Marty Bernstein, of Mannford, Oklahoma, her brothers Edward, and wife Helen Hearon, of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Bobby and wife Lou Hearon, of Bradley, Oklahoma, Dale and Dwight Hearon, of Oklahoma City, and one sister, Betty Kent, of Joplin, Missouri. She is also survived by the children she helped raised as her own children; Danny, Donny, Mary, Martha, Jim and Bill DaVoult. She was blessed by five grandchildren; Ricky Don Cook and wife Michelle, of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Jerimy Dale Townley and wife Tabatha, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kimberly Kay Hopkins and husband Roy, of Colgate, Oklahoma, Katy Danelle Townely, of Mannford, Oklahoma, and Joseph William Bray, of Mannford, Oklahoma, and eleven great-grandchildren; Ricky Dean, of Oklahoma City, and Kaitlynn, of Colgate, Oklahoma, Tyler of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Brook, of Mannford, Oklahoma, Jade of Tulsa Oklahoma, Nathan of Mannford, Oklahoma, Dakota of Colgate, Oklahoma, and Noah Dean, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Madison, of Colgate, Oklahoma, Trent, of Lindsay, Oklahoma,, Kayden, of Mannford, Oklahoma, and baby boy Caleb. Dean will be missed by all. Services for Dean will be Friday, November 4, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. at the B. G. Boydston Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma.
