Mr. Terrell died Thursday, August 7, 2003, in a Chickasha, OK hospital. Burial was in the Sterling Cemetery, Sterling, OK under direction of Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher, OK. He was born January 19, 1955, in Lawton, OK. They moved to California while he was still a child and he lived there until the age of 18. He then moved to the Sterling and Rush Springs area where he has lived since. He married Janice VanWinkle, June 21, 1976, in Lawton. He loved the outdoors, fishing, raising all type of animals and being with his family. He was a true "farm boy." Survivors include: his wife, Janice, of the home; 2 sons, Coy Shaun Terrell and Christopher Shane Terrell, both of Rush Springs; his mother, Bonnie (Sims) Terrell of Rush Springs; 2 sisters, Jackie Elaine Stevens of Rush Springs and Phyllis Erlene Vaughn of Bakersfield; a brother, Carl Edgwin Terrell of Bakersfield; 2 grandchildren, Nathan Ryan Terrell and Joshua Paul Terrell. He was preceded in death by his father, Jackie Lee Terrell in 1999. ========= Lawton Constitution August 9, 2003 Coy Elvin Terrell RUSH SPRINGS — Funeral for Coy Elvin Terrell, 48, Rush Springs, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher.
