JIMMY DEWAYNE TRYON Jimmy Dewayne Tryon 54, of Norman, Oklahoma, died Tuesday, August 6, 2002, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held from Wednesday, August 6th, at 6:00 PM, until Friday, August 9th, at 9:00 PM at the Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman, Oklahoma. Family will be present for visitation on Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma Mr. Tryon was born April 11, 1948, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Clarence and Edna Miller Tryon. He grew up and lived most of his life in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He was a contractor for a number of years before working with his son, Jeff, in his tile contracting business. He married Connie Parks on July 27, 2001. They moved to Norman in October 2001. Mr. Tryon's hobbies included drag racing, camping at area lakes and spending time with his family. Mr. Tryon was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Clarence. Survivors include his wife, Connie, of the home: three sons, Jeffery Tryon and wife, Mickey, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Shawn Tryon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Joshua Tryon and wife Brandy, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one daughter, Francis Denise Jaco and husband, Ronnie, of Sherman, Texas; one stepdaughter, Bridgett Reams and husband, Johnny, of Plumerville, Arkansas; three sisters, Reba Mitchell and husband, Don, of Dillon, Montana, Betty Terry and husband, Ron, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, and Barbara Parham and husband, Don, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; six grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2420 Springer Drive, Ste 215, Norman, Oklahoma 73069.
