Webb was born September 9, 1920, in Bagwell, Texas, the daughter of W. L. Naylor and Emma E. (Majors) Naylor. She died Monday, October 24, 2005 in Chickasha. Virginia married Ray Allen Webb on June 15, 1942, in Houston, Texas. Ray was in the military which took them to several places, so she followed his career and became a fulltime housemaker. She was a doting mother, and grandmother, and she dearly loved her only great granddaughter, Tessa. She cherished the time she spent with them. She was a very generous person, and was always willing to help someone in need. She helped raise her granddaughter Jennifer, and was always there for any other family member that needed her. She enjoyed gardening, reading and cooking until she went blind and was unable to do so, even then she was a rock and was determined not to give up. She fought till the end, never once complaining. She was preceded in death by both parents; three brothers: John, Marvin "Hank", and Leonard Naylor; and two sisters: Mary Frazier and Zelma Cato. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Stehr, of Chickasha; daughter and son-in-law: Patricia and Walter Welch, of Travis AFB, California; granddaughter, Jennifer Brandt, of Chickasha; grandson, Sean Stehr, of Chickasha; and great granddaughter, Tessa Wilson, of Chickasha; and many nieces and nephews.
