Laura Woods was born Jan. 13, 1933, the daughter of Gilbert and Nana Mae Payne. She died Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at Grady Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant daughters, two infant daughters, two infant granddaughters and one grandson.
